TRACK WORKOUTS will be held on Wednesdays, 6 p.m., beginning Wednesday, May 14. Location will be the Patterson Mill High School Track. Please make a note of this change in location.
NEW...RASAC WEEKLY GROUP FITNESS WALK OR RUN: Weekly group fitness walk or runs will start Thursday, May 15, at the Williams Street entrance of the Ma & Pa Trail. Meet at 6:00 p.m. and start no later than 6:15 p.m. with a projected finish at 7:00 p.m. Let's work to make this our weekly group fitness gathering...walk or run your distance with members and friends!
