RASAC Races are FREE to ALL RASAC MEMBERS

For Non RASAC Members the Cost is $4 Per Race

Premium Race Fees are Determined by Each Race Director

 

JAN 1ST FRIDAY 11:00 AM – RASAC “PAY YOUR DUES” NYD 10K **

Come pay your RASAC “dues” and star the year with a run.  Race starts and ends at the Reckord Road Park on Mountain Road (Route 152).  RD Seth McElroy (410) 207-5010

 

JAN 9TH SATURDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC LONG DISTANCE TRAINING RUN

Club training run with various distances as the miles are marked.  The full course is 17.7 miles.  Run starts at the Churchville Test Track parking lot.  From RT 22 East go left on RT 136 and parking lot is a couple miles up on the right.  RD Paul & Christy Hoppe (443) 243-9326

 

JAN 10TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC NORTH HARFORD 10K **

Out & back course that starts and finishes at N. Harford High School.  Take RT 24 to right on RT 165 and the school will be on the right.  RD Dave Starnes (410) 452-5756

 

JAN 17TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC NORTH BEND 6.5MILER **

Loop course starts & ends at N Bend Elementary.  Tare RT 24, left on RT 23, right on High Point, left on Jarrettsville Rd., right at fork onto Old Federal Hill, to right on N. Bend Rd.  RD: Tim Gavin (410) 692-5599, Mike Frank (410) 420-3413

 

JAN 24TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC NORTH HARFORD LOOP 10K **

Loop course that starts and finished at N. Harford H. S. (same directions as 1/10 race) RD Dave Starnes (410) 452-5767

 

JAN 31ST SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC FOX 5K **

Loop course through Foxborough Farms.  Take RT 543 south from RT 22 to right on Foxborough Drive.  Park on right side between Cambry (1st road) and Merry Hill Court (2nd road).  RD Gary Reilly (410) 638-2717

 

FEB 6TH SATURDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC LONG DISTANCE TRAINING RUN

FEB 7TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC NOBLES MILL 5 MILER **

Out & back course from the Churchville Test Track parking lot.  From Bel Air take RT 22 to left on RT 136.  The lot will be several miles up on the right (same parking lot as Long Distance Runs). RD Bill Sangtinette (410) 879-1431

 

FEB 14TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC PREDICTION RUN **

Race / walk starts at Abingdon Library on Tollgate Rd. (between Wheel and Singer Roads).  No watches or timing devises allowed.  The course and distance will be disclosed on race morning and will be between 3 & 6 miles.  Participants will write their predicted time down and the person coming the closest will get a gift.  RD Scott Smith (410) 569-7732

 

FEB 21ST SUNDAY 8:00 AM – GUNPOWDER TRAIL 5 MILER **

Same trail run off Guyton Road with a new twist this year.  Go left off 152 on to Old Mountain Rd (north of RT 147), left on Reckord Rd, and right on Guyton Rd.  Park near the river where the dirt road widens.  RD Seth McElroy (410) 207-5010.

 

FEB 28TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – MD / DC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP 10 MILER **

Big Club Race! We need all the runners we can get to represent RASAC since this is a team race!  Race is in Columbia starting at Howard Community College.  The club pays your entry fee.  Race Contact: Scott Smith (410) 569-7732

Race is out & back on the Greenway Trail in Susquehanna State park.  Take US 1 toward Conowingo Dam, go right on Shuresville Rd, then left of Shuresville Landing Road to parking lot.  RD Phil Anderson (410) 879-7679

 

MAR 14TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC SUSQUEHANNA 5K **

Flat fast race in Susquehanna St. Park.  Meet at the historic mill – parking is limited.  RD George Stewart (410) 879-9812

 

MAR 20TH SATURDAY 9:00 AM – HAT RUN 50K ULTRA TRAIL RACE **

MAR 28TH SUNDAY 8:00 AM – RASAC URSUS MARITIMUS 5K **

Cross country course including portions of the Ma& Pa trail.  No entry fee, but $5 for a T-Shirt.  Starts at the Boulton Street athletic field parking lot.  RD Dave Starnes (410) 452-5756
